Ahrefs videos are a good place for beginners to start.

Depends on what type of SEO you plan to concentrate on but the Superstar Academy as mentioned and for Local SEO, you can't go far wrong with the free courses they do on the Local Client Takeover website.

Do two things only... Hire a copywriter and SEO content writer... I did just these two things... And touched $19k/month mark in 16 months... Now I have other business too... But that's what I recommend... Don't waste time on backlinks etc. A good SEO writer handles all SEO things in content... You don't have to worry about them...
