I took my 17 year old this year she loved it.
But depends on budget and what your daughter enjoys to be honest.
No good if she’s the type that likes lots to do.
We have also visited over the years every year on our own Malaga city from the age of 8 upwards again she loves the area.

Pefkos, Rhodes - from a feeling very safe point of view. Plenty of cocktail bars for you both to enjoy.. Not crazy party life , but just the right mix of bars and restaurants.
Gorgeous beach, loads of things to on the island either by organised tour or car hire.
Don't forget to take a look at: Sadly our holiday to Rhodes got cancelled we usually stay in Pefkos and love it there
