Can I add SEO to a page and then submit for Google to index the page?
I’m working to add SEO to a website… can I add SEO to a page and then submit for Google to index the page? One by one? The site has 600+ pages. I didn’t want to keep asking Google to reindex the full sitemap each time. All advice appreciated! (I hope I’m making sense here.)
You can not reindex more than 10-15 pages in GSC per day. So if you go to manual reindex you will lose a lot of time.
You never need to submit the sitemap again unless you change the location of it. Submitting it over and over does absolutely nothing.
Unless you have crawl issues, don't worry about submitting anything. Just make your edits and keep working. Google will index the changes.

You don't need to "ask". Sites get crawled all the time so if its a decent page, it's on your sitemap, doesn't contain noindex text and it's relevant it will get found and crawled all the time. Just work through the pages and track their performance beforehand and going forward.
