Does anyone use a continuous glucose monitor?

Not for diabetes or medical purposes more as general health use. Which would you recommend please?

Why would you use one? Unless diabetic or athlete I don’t see what purpose it would give you.

As a type one diabetic I think Dexcom is superior, but Libre is cheaper.

Buy a watch that can tell you sugar levels. Saves having to prick your finger every day (can sometimes be quite painful).

Do the zoe programme …. Although the glucose monitor will only show you your blood sugar - you need to send you poo off to a lab to understand your gut biome! oh and they use the Libre….
