Stay away from carbs, refined sugars and processed foods. Also, probiotics could help.

I used to be like this until I cut out gluten. I never have it now, could have some sort of intolerance. Make a food diary and start cutting things out.

May I suggest finding a nutritionist that might be able.

Help, I had certain symptoms including bloating, and after 3 months seeing a nutritionist and understanding what my body needs, I notice when I eat certain foods that will bloat me, mainly processed foods. I do feel so much better eating for my body and what it needs, rather that medication.

Try kombucha 👌🏻 a glass a day and my stomach is the flattest it’s been for the longest time. Also try to avoid sugars, veg oils and bleached flours. I had allergy testing and was negative x

I have IBS and endometriosis, the bloating RIDICULOUS!!

I go from a flat (ish) to 6months pregnant in minutes!! Some things that help (ish) is a peppermint tea, but needs to be 2 bags to get a full dose, Windeze tabs, buscopan for cramps (but go easy as they can cause constipation, which obs won’t help the bloating). Stress is always a MAJOR trigger for gastric symptoms, so recognising and addressing stress/MH concerns is always key.

I’ve actually just made a referral to the well-being service for some counselling (I have a crazy life) in the hope it’ll relive some tension and aggravation in my body xx
