.. Our Pomeranian broke her front leg in an accident, so now our vet has referred her to see a specialist, as there's not much else they can do for her, we're on a limited income being seniors, so I'm hoping to find a company that will accept her health issues so we can get her scheduled with a specialist, thank you all kindly!

No. That is why Pet Insurance Companies don't cover pre existing conditions, because everyone would just take out insurance when they're animal got sick or injured.

Can you try care credit or scratch pay if the vet accepts those? I agree with Rachael also.

No, there won’t be any that can help with something like that. You’ll need to look into Care Credit or a traditional credit card. - veterinary nurse

No, none of them do. I also suggest care credit or scratch pay.
