Do all clinics do spay abortions?

Quick question.. Do all clinics do spay abortions? I’m located in Livingston California and was wondering if all clinics sit it?

My dog is in heat and got out while I was at work and just to be safe I wanna get her spayed but if worse comes to worse I wanna get her a spay anortion?

Our forum is global. I would ask your local community help too. Try to ask Rescues and ASPCA centers, call to Human Society, they may also be able to offer you any information. I would call any local veterinary clinic or clinics and ask this question, maybe they know veterinarians who can help you in this situation.

I think the answer is yes, but, depending on how far along they are a clinic might refuse.
