Is purina one sensitive skin and stomach good?

Because I have a cat who had loose stool since he was a kitten and he is about 1 year old and I have tried different cat food over the year and still nothing

I am assuming over the year, that there have been vet checks. What are their recommendations? Do we assume there have been stool checks for worms? Any blood work, if this has been going on throughout a year? Did the vet recommend that food/not that there is an issue with the food, but how it works into the total picture is key.
