We have one booked for late November but have just been told that they can’t guarantee us that a cot will be available for our baby an there’s a chance it may only be available for half our trip if there’s a wait list!
Seems totally bonkers so we’re now on the hunt for an alternative but would love recommendations if anyone has from experience please.

Agree with above comment...any of the Moon Palace resorts. We stayed at The Grand last year and loved everything about it.
