Have a look at "the bay" in Filey, owned by th same people as Tattersall, direct access to the beach and I'm sure there is fishing lake too, it's part of a newer development I think.

Warren farm at brean in Somerset. Was a lovely park and very reasonable prices. On site fishing, 5 minute stroll to the beach, close to brean splash waterpark.

Loads of playgrounds on site, we had a great time.

Sandy balls is also away resorts and close to beach (short drive). Restaurants etc nearby too as well as on site.

Also, I think thornwick bay haven site has fishing lake too.
