Hi everyone. I've finally settled on a novel title that I really like, but after some research, I found out a very similar title is used by a 1910 silent film and a romance novel turned movie from the 2000s. I'm struggling to come up with a title that I like and I'm a bit disappointed that everything I find or come up with has already been taken.

Any tips for titles?

Should be fine, honestly. Title isn’t a copyright issue. Only thing to consider is if it’s the same name as a very popular book, it might make it hard to do a search for yours.

I was going to call my second novel ‘Do It Yourself’ before I realised it would be basically impossible to find on Amazon.

Well Wolfgang Johann Von Goethe said: "Everything has been thought of before.......the challenge is to think of it again" So under the title of "Yet (or Not) again" you can get very creative.

Titles CANNOT be copyrighted. You can call your book “Gone With The Wind”, if you like.

The only significant downside is confusion between the two when searching, but if you were unaware of the earlier book, odds are good most people are unaware of it as well.

Think about what you asked. How can anyone suggest a workable title with no info? Genre. Story. Title you love. Something.
