Some input re bathroom

Hi everyone, we just starting our thought process for renovations and was hoping for some input re bathroom. We have only one (small) bathroom, with separate toilet, and we would really like a bathtub and separate shower (and a vanity).  The problem is the dimensions, the room is only 2.15m x 2.15m.

Does anyone else have a similar sized bathroom with separate shower and tub?

Am I being totally unrealistic?

Our bathroom is 2.2m x 1.8, with door on the 1.8m side, we have a shower bath combo and it's pretty squishy still (bad layout) we are going to eventually extend out a metre to have a separate shower and bath

We're trying to fit a separate bath and shower in our 2.3x1.8m bathroom. This is the only way we can fit it with a sliding door, max 1500x700mm bath and a space of 600 between the shower glass and bath.
