Would anyone know of a good solution to stop a rug that is on top of laminate flooring from sliding all over the place! I have tried several double sided tapes. Only last for couple of days.

You can get these from home bargains.. Like a rubber mesh that goes underneath. About 2 or 3 quid

We have issues with a rug on top of our carpet, keeps moving, we brought a liner you can get to stick to under rug to stick to carpet, but still moves. Don't want carpet tape as will leave a sticky residue in the carpet.

Tried grippers, though can only find plastic ones and they don't work....

Can't find metal ones, guessing health and safety won't allow them to be made and sold.

Don't miss: I think I need a rug. Half under the bed? Or not under bed?

You can buy non slip rug Underlay on amazon.. No idea how good it is but it's what I'd go for if needed.

Command strips might work. Sticky back velcro strips.
