Anyone else had an email from Octopus saying their payments are going down from next month due to prices going down?
Mine went up an extra £9 a month.
But I weighed up the cheaper option but after having to pay an initial first payment of near 100 I decided to stay with the same insurance company. 1st central. X

Prices are coming down 1st October but they want to up my payments!
I’m not paying anymore per month so changed it back.

No. I’ve had one that says despite the energy costs going down we need to up our DD, it makes no sense at all.
Yes, I have had email but mine is going up from £150 to £197 a month with £400 credit as well.
They want to put my dd down from 200 to 90 something. My last bill was 175 so not sure what the logic is there.
OVO suggested my monthly DD should go down to £92 from £150. I am in credit by £545 but have decided to keep my payments as they are as that credit will soon disappear once the heating goes on.
I’ll wait until the January prices are announced as they are predicted to go up.
Also, check out: I really don't understand this and seriously want to move away from SSE/OVO

Mine went up even though I am in credit so I emailed them telling them to keep the dd the same.bit cheeky of them I think.
I get e-mail saying about price drop. But they want to put up my monthly payment up £26 pounds. I'm sitting with£531 in credit. Don’t get that.
My payments also going up from £125 to £197 they won't though I'm keeping it at an affordable amount of £125 I'm a single parent working 2 jobs.
We had the E-Mail, but our DD will be going up, from about £100 to £130.
We were on the Green Fix, about 20p/KWh, now on Flexible, 10p per KWh increase for us.
