Anyone else had an email from Octopus saying their payments are going down from next month due to prices going down?

Ours is over £100 lower which is a pleasant surprise.

Mine went up an extra £9 a month.

But I weighed up the cheaper option but after having to pay an initial first payment of near 100 I decided to stay with the same insurance company. 1st central. X

No. I’ve had one that says despite the energy costs going down we need to up our DD, it makes no sense at all.

They want to put my dd down from 200 to 90 something. My last bill was 175 so not sure what the logic is there.

OVO suggested my monthly DD should go down to £92 from £150. I am in credit by £545 but have decided to keep my payments as they are as that credit will soon disappear once the heating goes on.

I’ll wait until the January prices are announced as they are predicted to go up.

Also, check out: I really don't understand this and seriously want to move away from SSE/OVO

Mine went up even though I am in credit so I emailed them telling them to keep the dd the same.bit cheeky of them I think.

We had the E-Mail, but our DD will be going up, from about £100 to £130.
We were on the Green Fix, about 20p/KWh, now on Flexible, 10p per KWh increase for us.
