Has anyone found that being treated for ADHD, OCD, or being on the spectrum helped with their picky eating?
My daughter’s picky eating is strongly related to sensory issues, so our OT and feeding therapist (speech therapist) are collaborating with their approach to plan out their approach with her.
If we didn’t identify that early, the therapy experience could be very different.

My son is too young for diagnosis but will be getting paed eval early next year. I'm eager to see what others experiences are.
Personally, we have seen the greatest improvement from his tonsils being removed, we have also completed the 12 week SOS program and are sticking closely with the family meal routines.
Changing the chair he used at the table, less talk at the table, using a visual placement to let him tell us about the different properties of the food (crunchy, soft, hot, cold, sweet, salty, colours etc) and changing the way we served food up has probably made the biggest changes.
He loves the game where he tastes a food then gets to point to the sections of the placemat that 'match' it.
