I brought in three orphan kittens plus I have my own pads I'm going to assume the kittens have worms so I think at this point it would be smart to just do the entire household.

Kittens are 5 weeks now. Plus 3 dogs.

Diatomaceous Earth powder kills worms and other parasites. It won't destroy their immune system while they are already struggling.

Hope they will be on a fresh/moist diet as soon as they can eat solids as moisture is so important for cats!

Good job rescuing them!

For kittens that young you need to get dewormer from the vet. Usually, you can buy it from them without an appointment.

If your dog's are on monthly heartworm prevention, they shouldn't need additional deworming.
