Hubby is worried about water getting out of the space. We will have a tiled base and 100cm glass wall.

The toilet doesn't get wet. The room is 2.4 wide, the shower space .9 x 1

The code now is where the water comes out the wall should be contained in a 1.5m arc. So the fall should start 1.5m out.

People used to just agree to squeegee any water/mist that made it out but we aren't supposed to allow it now. Ours is 1.3 and still get mist out.

That's showerhead opposite entry.

Don't miss: Has anyone went with frameless showers?

Our glass is only 800 wide and yes, a little bit of water splashes out of the opening, and spreads about fifteen cms out on the floor.

I just have a bathmat there and it's fine.

It's honestly just some drops of water, not any more than that.

We have a tiled base with a screen 90cm and we don’t get water out past the glass.

Our glass is 1100, we went from an enclosed shower to this, and I was worried with 2 kids that we would have water everywhere.

No issues at all, a little bit of mist past the glass within the shower area.

Explore these too: I am looking to see if anyone has photos of a large shower with a 100mm-ish step up

I have fallen the wet area forward with the drain at the entry of the shower.

This has shown in tile application studies to be the best capture of water.

Our glass panel is 1100mm long and splashes do extend past that point.

It doesn’t worry us as they are minor and it’s contained within the wet room side.

Our shower width is 1200mm instead of usual 900mm. I find that with 900mm glass no water escapes with entry.

If have room make shower wider honestly.
