Looking for your recommendations for a power switch/point series?
We are renovating our kitchen but eventually want to update all the light switches and powerpoints in the house for a more modern touch.

Hi we had iconic in our last house and they were very dodgy with turning on and off and fan controller wasn’t great.
We have gone to these in the house we are renoing atm and it is so much nicer and better quality imo.
Don't miss: To those that brought light switch covers that wasn’t white what colour did you choose?

Clipsal is an amazing brand, my partner is an electrician and he is always recommending them to his clients they have a beautiful look once they are on the wall.
We have them, I really like them.
However, the dimmer knobs and especially fan knobs are difficult to turn as they are smooth.

I built a brand new house in October last year and have these ones, never had an issue with them they look great never faulty.
We install iconic in new builds now they’re great as in the comments above the fan knobs we’re a bit rough but there product is a lot better now and have noticed the knobs working much better.
The Clipsal iconic switches are great!
I got my Dad (an electrician) to add led modules to the switches, when the house is dark the switches let off a soft warm light.
Explore these too: Should I leave my upper walls white or go with the light grey?

When renovating the wholesale electrical company told me most people are now going with smart switches, so I went with ikuu Mercato switches and PowerPoints. So far been amazing.
We have the Clipsal iconic range in both white and grey (in mirror splashback).
We have the led in all of our light switches.
The USB points are great but a tad pricey. The dimmers aren't the best.
Overall I'm happy with them and they are modern.

We’ve just been to Beacon to check out lights for our house and looking at this range - slimline and matte.
My husband is an electrician for 13+ years and loves Clipsal brand. I personally prefer the saturn release over the iconic release.
I find the iconic ones he’s installed at home are matte so pick up fingerprints a lot easier like make up, food etc over time. I loved the saturn in our old house but that’s just me.

I’ve just renovated and changed to the Clipsal Iconic as per your photo. Been in for a year and I like them a lot. No issues. My only thought is whether you want to change them to smart switches that you can automate or manage in your phone.
Just a thought.
I didn’t need all that. Love the iconic ones.
