What’s your take on STORM windows? Would they work just as well?

There are SO many awesome posts here with people using used windows in building their greenhouses.

What’s your take on STORM windows? Would they work just as well?

We just got 10, practically new ones, with screens, for $150. I’m just really hoping that they’ll work. We’re in the beginning stages of building a greenhouse attached to our shed.

Good luck, be careful handling the windows, storm windows will shatter like regular windows!

The storm windows I originally put into mine were older single pane glass. They did nothing to hold heat.

I replaced them all with double pane this spring.

Got them cheap like you did, worked just fine.
