.. (a few pockets/areas for organization/papers) and also be used to go to an upscale restaurant at night? Does this exist?

Hoping for a nicer bag, Ive always bought cheap crossbody bags on Amazon or at target and they don't last and I never really love them, so hoping for something that's nicer.

Thanks!

I'd recommend leather (or leather look) over fabric if the night time look is a concern. Heavier, but dressier.

Note that you have asked your feed will be loaded with them! Something with a zipper and straight not curved top. Inside pocket so you can separate and bury your cash and cards. Low key colors and shape.

Treavelon is well known for security features but not crazy about the look. You might be! If there is a travel or department store like Nordstrom go and look!

Bags on Amazon are super hit or miss because of all the counterfeiting

I prefer anti-theft crossbody bags and have a few different styles from Travelon, which Amazon carries.

I find they have nice amount of pockets/organization and cost less than some other anti-theft brands.

This is the anti theft cross body I use when I travel. I feel like the quilting elevates the style a bit. By Travelon.

Coach, Doony & Bourke.

I know, expensive, but I love my purchases and the customer service for Coach repairs do an excellent job.

Both brands styles always look transitional.

I got a fantastic cross body bag from a company called Minooy. Even has an insulated space for my water bottle.

Just got back from a two week Croatian trip and loved it!

Magellan has a great one. There are pockets. You can unzip without taking off. RFID and Steele peine in adjustable strap. It is called Vaultpro and I get the large one.

I have worn one of these out and recently bought another. Not cheap but I really like it for travel.

I really like Kipling bags, and they have a wide range in size for crossbody. I love leather but it adds weight.

For something more elegant and still light, I like Uashmama, made in Italy and not leather but still versatile for high end restaurants.

I don’t use leather anymore, because it is just too heavy before you even put anything in it. Kipling bags are ‘parachute’ material…many colors including, silver, gold and peuter, which certainly pass well as a dressier bag as well as daytime chic.

Macys carries them, but check if your nearest outlets has a store, as you can save a lot of money there.

Look for metallics. I have a Coach crossbody that I bought in their outlet for a song years ago, it’s silver. Works with everything.

Also check out Portland Leather’s “almost perfect” section on their website. They have several nice crossbody bags. I just got my almost perfect bag and honestly can’t find a flaw.
