I fly with Jet2 regular and have special assistance and have had no problems as standing for long periods and my mobility is issue I've never had to join a big que we also used tui in Sept leaveing glasgow with special assistance wasn't to bad but Spain was terrible tui assistance had me join big long que for at least 20 min to check in then had to wait another 5min for wheel chair and assistance after that was a nightmare.

On a par these days with Tui. Better in many ways, and usually cheaper.

Find it hard to believe people are still unsure about them, Tui proper has a choke hold doesn't it!

My son is ASD although we don’t ask for special assistance - he just wears his sunflower lanyard. We did Jet2 for the first time this year and it was really good.

We did one of the Indulgence Escapes :ugeek: Included Fast Track but Stansted staff were great anyway at directing us quickly due to the lanyard.

I booked flights separate and hotel separate through stayforlong and saved 1k. Try that.

Flew jet 2 few month ago and they are very good and helpful.

And always very informative and helpful no problems in our journey we travel 2 adults 5 month old baby and 9 year old child.

Love jet2. Can’t fault them at all. Agree TUI are getting more and more expensive.

Also love that jet2 seated us all together without paying extra this summer. Tui always deliberately split us right across the plane even though we have young children. It’s just another way they try and get even more out of you.

Jet 2 are brilliant, we’ve only used them twice but can’t fault them. Special assistance for my dad was so easy to book & just in general fab service.

They handled the issues really well & we were in a hotel very quickly & flight home following day.

I was really impressed with how they handled it xx

We always use Jet2 and have to have special assistance.

It is easily booked through them, but it’s the airports special assistance teams that provide it, so it can very depending upon where you’re travelling to/from.

Generally, it’s very good though and Jet 2 staff in the airport are always happy to assist and get you to the right people to ensure the special assistance goes well.

Also, check out: Can Jet2 sit kids on a plane separate from their parents?

EasyJet holidays are even cheaper 99% of the time. They offer everything except reps in resort. I like the fact that you can cancel and rebook as many times as you like and don't lose a penny.

You also pay your balance 4 weeks before travel.

No one else offers that flexibility.
