Hi everyone, we have a flight booked to Bangkok at the beginning of November & our route is currently to do North Thailand, then to Laos then Vietnam possibly South Thailand if we have the time before Bali for Christmas but if not we will do South after Christmas alongside the Phillipnes.

What's the situations with Visas please? Will we be able to get the 30 day visa for Thailand as we're entering and exiting or will we need to apply for a longer one?

You get 30 days at a time, so when you arrive in Bangkok, you’ll receive 30 days. If you wish to extend for an extra 30 days, you’ll have to go to an immigration office -if I remember correctly, I paid 1,900Baht (I did this in the south, unsure where an office is in the north).

Once you leave, you’ll be stamped out and then when you re-enter, you’ll receive another 30 days all over again.
