I'm with EDF, Can anyone tell me what uses gas in a property?

Hi, I'm with EDF - tariff is called Deemed Variable. I've received a bill 12Mar-13Sep. I do not understand where my gas usage come from, since I only cook using my microwave [so no cooker or oven] and do not put heating on since 1st May.

Can anyone tell me what uses gas in a property please? Its a 2 bedroom flat.

Gas use would be for a gas fire (if you have one)
Central heating (radiators)
Hot water for washing up/washing machine/dishwasher/bath or shower (if u have a combi boiler)
Gas cooker (if you have/use one)

Hot water. Bath. Washing up. Standing charge on my bill is more than twice my usage.

During summer, we use~5kW/day and all we use the boiler for is hot water, twice a day, each for 30 mins.
