When is the maximum age to take the 3rd dose of PCV? Can it be taken at 6 months?

Good afternoon doctors. I took my son for his 14weeks immunization today at the health center and was told PCV vaccine is not available. Please when is the maximum age to take the 3rd dose of PCV? Can it be taken at 6months? I took permission from work today and so I won’t be able to go back anytime soon.

Secondly, he gained just 0.2kg over the last 4 weeks. Is that okay?
