Going to Lima Peru in November, and originally my bf & I planned on renting a car and go down Paracas & Huacachina for a day trip, but now I’d like to consider an other option.
What was tempting about paracas was the seals, but you can swim with them in Lima.
And in Hiacachina I like that oasis but I have seen better elsewhere. So anything around Lima (2hours drive) that have good or unique sightseeing? We’re outdoor people.
Lima.. any unique sightseeing?
I liked paracas. There’s a great boat tour out to lots of wildlife. We traveled by bus. Do you actually drive a car in Lima? You have much courage.
I loved both Paracas and Huacachina. The sand dunes near the oasis were incredible. We went sandboarding and took a monster dune buggy tour. There was also a Pisco vineyard close by and from there we took a day trip to Nazca to see the lines
