Finally something my son will eat (drink) everyday!
Been making him smoothies every day and he's loving it, frozen strawberries, half a banana, half an avocado, milk, yogurt, spinach, and some honey to sweeten it a bit.
Have you tried kefir? I was always so skeptical about it, but it tastes like yogurt and it’s sweet as well. He’s been loving it and it’s been great to add some probiotics into his little tummy!
Us too.. I sometimes add some oats and milled flaxseeds/sunflowers which seems to go unnoticedxx
