Hi everyone!
I am back to work next week after the end of maternity leave and will be my first time back at work since my sleeve 3 months ago.
Would love some lunch ideas. Im an office worker so can add in snacks at desk etc too to try and get my protein in.
We have a fridge but no microwave so needs to either be room temp, cold or something i can keep in a hot flask etc from 7am.

I use a lot.of soup in work I have a big mug so it's easy to drink if I want to be at my desk. I also eat a lot of crispbread but I try and make it protein heavy with cheese and chicken breast slices
Salted peanuts - fridge raiders - dairylea dunkers - tuna pots - protein shakes - Salmon flakes
