Is this normal or should I complain?

Hi guys, just had our frameless shower screen installed and the door has about a 3 mil gap at the opening plus a gap at base. Is this normal or should I complain?

Don’t reall want an ugly rubber strip at bottom, anyone else had this prob, I wish just something would go to plan ahhhh!

It’s normal - and they always ‘leak’ (splash) a bit. We have 3. Semi frameless don’t leak and are half the price.

Definitely see if you can get it fixed first, but not in luck there is a clear seal that you can get at Bunnings or Mitre 10 that just slips on. I have just replaced the seal at the bottom of my shower to give it a fresh look.

Was it measured and custom made after floor was laid?

To be honest, I wouldn't buy a frameless shower screen again because of this problem!! I had to buy a clear seal strip for the door at the same time I bought the shower screen (I can take a pic and send it though). You'll have to buy a strip for the bottom from the installer- there's different colours, I bought a gold one as all the fittings are brushed brass/gold...
