Bolivia: Check the political situation, from time to time there are strikes / bloqueos.
Other then that it’s a beautiful country.
Three things to see: Uyuni salt lake, Chacaltaya and Death Road.
La Paz is fascinating, Cochabamba is boring.

Currently living in Cochabamba in bolivia solo girl and I’ve had no problems, feels very safe! I’ve also travelled around bolviai a bit and it’s very safe feeling
