For those that have done The Ha Giang loop would you recommend the 3 or 4 day?

We did 3 days! You get to see everything etc. it was incredible and didn’t feel rushed. What I will say is your bottom is really sore by the end of day 3, just something to remember

I did 3 nights but will do 4 or 5 if/when I return. The reason is that there is so much to see along the way. Why come all this way then rush it?!

3 is enough but on day 4 I think you can do a boat trip, but by day 3 you’re aching haha
