Hello everyone! I participated today in the most amazing cooking classes in Bali (starting from visiting local market, through walking around the farm and harvesting veggies, fruits and herbs we then used for making our dishes, cooking and finishing with eating of course!)
I’m a vegetarian and thinking about doing the same in Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam to gather even more inspirations for my cooking.
Any recommendations for a good cooking class like that will be more than welcome!

We did this in Bali too.. Such a great experience! If you are going to Hanoi I recommend Blue Butterfly cooking school and restaurant in the old quarter! This class was incredible and caters for veggies as well! We went to market etc and made the food! It was a good 5 hour class and we made 5 different dishes. 100 percent recommend!

Kratie, Cambodia. We stayed at a hospitality school called Le Tonle, and had a similar experience there. They are also linked to a tour organiser and arranged our trip to see the river dolphins!
